45-Day Return Policy
If you aren't completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns of merchandise in new condition within 45 days of purchase. Original packaging must be included and items must be in new, unworn condition.
60-Day Warranty
The Seven83 grounding golf shoe is warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for 60 days from the date of original delivery. Defective shoes will be replaced and/or refunded after inspection.
Return Exclusions
We cannot accept returns for products with:
- Excessive damage or scuffing
- Damaged spike receptacles
- Altered or misused products
